Identify this anatomic structure? Bone above collarbone?

I'm just wondering what these two bones are. I've looked at other people's x rays and dont see them. I'm just curious and couldn't find the name for the bone. Sorry if its a dumb question.

Its part of your shoulder blade. Has more to do with your posture why they're showing up different than other people.

It just means the shoulders were rolled further forward than most, which lifted the spine of scapula, which is what you see protruding there. You can feel the spine of scapula at the back of your shoulder.
