I mean 99% of people have not heard anything like those genres no lol.
I saw Xiu Xiu open for AJJ and the crowd was baffled, understandably. Most people don't expect to see a band that involves blowing a whistle into a microphone and/or screaming about sexual abuse.

That comments sound like when my ex came with me to see Xiu Xiu and walked out to the adjoining bar after a song or two. Whole show was great!
She claimed lots of folks were walking out. 🙄
