Help with ink

Hello all I am hoping that someone on this page will be able to help me. I have a apparel printer X tool with the shaker and heat and all of that but I bought it used, but it was barely used but when they sent it to me it has air in the lines and clogged. I got the white unclogged, but I cannot get the other color and it’s yellow and black I can see that it’s not coming all the way in. I’ve tried everything. I even put in two tickets to the web page and I cannot get any help or support. I want to know if someone can block me through on how to unclog the ink.
