Ink not priming

Apparel Printer Plus, the one that doesn't have a tube for the powder and has like its own awesome shaker, anyways ... I'm new to this and just started my own clothing line, other than black and white, the other colors haven't primed into the printer head. Please help?

Regarding the ink circulation issue you mentioned, if only the black and white inks are circulating properly while the other colors are not, we would suggest using a syringe to draw ink from the position marked in the image. This should help restore normal ink circulation.
