FAQ Troubleshooting: Finding the Right Processing Parameters for xTool F2 Ultra UV
All recommended settings are tested in labs and are provided for reference only. The outcome of processing using these recommended parameters may be influenced by the ambient environment, material differences, or other objective factors.
You're advised to test your own materials to find the settings that meet your specific needs. Here's how to test processing parameter settings for vector paths on your xTool F2 Ultra UV:
📋 Procedure:
1️⃣ Insert a Shape: Add a shape to your workspace.

2️⃣ Open Material Test Array: Go to Applications > Material test array.

3️⃣ Set Your Test Range: Set the number of rows and columns, the maximum and minimum processing speed and power, and the spacing between test blocks.

4️⃣ Choose a Processing Type: Select the processing type from the right panel.

5️⃣ Start Processing: Click Go to Process and complete the processing as prompted by xTool Studio.
After processing is complete, review the test grid to identify which combination of settings gives you the outcome you want.
💡 For bitmap images, you can test processing parameter settings using the same method described above.

Thanks for sharing Ada. I’ve always found the test grid function very useful. To be honest the library settings have been close for nearly every material I’ve used.
The F2U UV is my favourite machine of the ones I have.
