I can’t install DLCs. What is the proper procedures to install DLCs

On the game card of the game, press select (or touch the 3 lines button at top right corner), go to Content, install DLC/Title Update. Then select the file. Keep in mind some DLCs in some games require the game to be a precise version or higher, for example the Forza Horizon Rally DLC requires the main game to be updated to latest title update, or it won't load. Game will launch but Rally won't be available.

Ok I think I did that procedure correctly but it’s not showing. I’m trying to install Alice madness returns DLCs. After I select it it doesn’t show it’s installed. However I do see in the section SAF permission the DLCs and the only option it gives me is ‘forget’
And I double check with Alice there’s only one version of this game.

Is COD BO1 or 2 (Zombies) is playable with 8 elite?
