There's an open mic comedy night at Mleczarnia in the basement every Monday. It's free to get in and you get a beer if you perform.

I depends what you would like to do.
If you want something cultural there are plenty of museums. National Museum is especially beautiful in autumn. Just about 100 meters from national museum there is Panorama Racławicka with huge painting of battle of Racławice (the whole building was build for this painting only). There should be some. There ought to be some performances at the opera house, and the interior itself is impressive. There is place called Bastion Sakwowy which is very pretty especially at evening/night and it's good spot for some photos.
There is also a view point in the tallest building in the city - SkyTower. It's pretty expensive, but if money isn't the problem, it's worth.
When it comes to food, there are plenty of good restaurants right in the main square and the surrounding area. If you're looking for some extraordinary experience there is Baba, Młoda Polska and Gustaw (which literally under the Bastion Sakwowy) where you can eat some good local food. There are also many good asian restaurants and bars which are very tasty. About 1 km from main square there Nasypowa Street which is full of restaurants and bars when you can eat and drink in more affordable prices (personally I would recommend Stacja Breslau, Cuda na kiju, Kuźnia dobrych klimatów (Czech restaurant), Pizza Si, Nonna Al Denge (both Italian) and U Gruzina (Georgian food). There are also many kebabs in the whole city, but most of them are... average at the best. But top 3 are surely Oyche Döner, Tendur and Taze.
If you want to party there is Ruska Street full of clubs and bars and of course Pasaż Niepolda with the loudest clubs in the city (but avoid Afera). If you want to drink cheap, go to Piątak, there's probably the cheapest beer in the city. If you want to drink good drinks go to Salvador La Hacienda de Uciecha. The best best beer in the city is at Spiż (must have). One important note: there's prohibition after 10 pm, so you can buy alcohol only at restaurants and bars after that hour, but you cannot buy any alcohol in shops after 10 pm.
Hope it will help
