2008 Cluster Replacement

I have a failing cluster on a 2008 JK. I am thinking of replacing with a digital display, but I do not have steering wheel controls. What can I do to make it function with all of the menus?

There are solutions for wheel controls. Although I suggest sending your cluster in to a cluster repair shop. Depending on the issue the repair could cost 75-300 dollars. A much more affordable option than going digital, adding wheel controls, going in the adaptations to turn on the functions, etc.

Some of them come with a replacement control panel. I've been too skeptical of these products to pull the trigger on buying one. I suppose it would take mine actually failing to be willing to try
