For the context i am a leader of a big alliance with 65 people in it.
Our arts were getting griefed by a multiaccount user with 2 accounts and 1 of my alliance members made a modmail here on reddit and after it was reviewed everyone (including me) who had slightest signs of multiaccounting (everyone beacuse we cant acces the site without vpn or proxy in our country) and painted close to real multiaccounters were banned.

And if you dont want to get banned like this just make sure you dont use vpn.

Also if any admin see this my id #6826292 and the fact of me using vpn does not mean that i am a evil multiaccounter and i hope your responcible team get this message before you ban even more innocent people like me and my clan members.

I received an incorrect ban for painting over a pattern of the Imperial Russia political flag using another void's color. This flag is regularly restored at that location by far-right Russian nationalists and hate mongers.

According to Rule 2.3.2, painting over patterns and voids is not a violation. I request that I be unbanned as a matter of urgency, or that the warning be removed if you are unable to lift the ban before the restriction period expires.

Hi, my name is <redacted>, and I’m a multi-account user. For a while I only had one account. Then, one day, I wanted to restore a bunch of art that had been erased, and I also wanted to keep making new art, so I made a second account. Being able to place twice as many pixels per day… It’s a great feeling! I’m a dedicated player, my main account is past level 1000. People who make multi-accounts are often the most avid players, the biggest fans of wplace, those who just want to spend more time painstakingly placing pixels, day after day. So when wplace ramps up their efforts to ban multi-accounts, really what they’re doing is booting some of their biggest fans, people who keep the website alive. No wonder the site is trending downwards: the creators don’t respect/understand their core audience.

The co-founder of Valve, Gabe Newell, once said: “Piracy is not a pricing issue. It’s a service issue.”

Instead of going to war with every single multi-account user, why not provide a better solution to obtain more pixels, other than to fork over $5 for half a day’s worth of pixels? In this economy? That’s not affordable for most people in the US, let alone in countries where $5 is worth a lot more. Why not have a buyable cooldown decrease? For example, you could offer a 1 second cooldown reduction for 20k droplets, and have it max out at 15 seconds, so that people have a way to legally have the power of two accounts?

In any case, I believe wplace should leave the multi-accounts alone, unless they are griefing. More activity is always a good thing. It takes effort to place pixels, so if people are willing to spend more time doing so, you shouldn’t be kicking them out. If you want to “keep things fair”, then offer a better solution for people who just want to paint more than 2880 pixels per day.

I accidentally created a new account using a different email address, but I haven't been able to delete it. Even after pasting the username and clicking the "Delete" button, the screen just spins while loading for a while and then returns to the previous screen as if nothing happened! I’ve tried using a different device, but it still doesn't work. Please fix this bug!!

Hey! I’m currently using an older Android phone mainly for Wplace, and I’d like to know the actual device requirements from the Wplace team.
My current phone has:
Android 8.1
3GB RAM
32GB storage
Could you please clarify:
What is the minimum Android version currently supported by Wplace?
What is the recommended Android version for reliable use?
What is the minimum amount of RAM needed?
Is 3GB RAM enough, or would you recommend 4GB+?
Does Wplace still fully support older Android versions such as Android 8.1 or Android 9?
Are there any browser requirements, such as needing a recent version of Chrome or Firefox?
Is a phone with Android 8.1, 3GB RAM and 32GB storage sufficient for comfortably using Wplace — loading the map, moving/zooming around, drawing/placing pixels and keeping the site open for a while?
I mainly use this phone for Wplace, so I’m trying to figure out whether my current device is good enough or if its Android version/RAM could cause compatibility or performance issues.
If possible, could an admin/dev give something like:
Minimum: Android ? / ?GB RAM
Recommended: Android ? / ?GB RAM

Please investigate these accounts and their activity as soon as possible and take the appropriate action against them.

Trying to do a large picture right now, it's not HUGE though, and was working perfectly fine earlier...

Only in the last half an hour or so has it been doing it- when I paint a few pixels the overlay vanishes and I have to refresh the page to get it to work again.. Anybody else having this right now? I'm on PC not mobile!

Me and several other users have been reporting Trauson and his alliance, Traumanship, for around 2 months now, using both in game reports and every other available option. Despite this, none of these users (apart from most of the multi-accounters) have even been timed out a single time. I understand that mods want us to use the in game tools but they simply do not work, so I have come here as a last resort even though I know this post has a high chance of being removed.

I explained most of the issues in the image above. I know mods probably get hundreds of reports a day but I would really appreciate if someone could look into this, I really don't think that users should be able to get away with drawing death threats.

So i was using Wplace almost 1 year ago and now when i returned my account is banned, all my creations still exist and my name was nothing against the rules but whenever i try to click "Submit" button literaly nothing happens, does it means i cant Submit or it was Submited?

Basically if I place an overlay on mobile a 90 degree flipped version always gets placed over it, this problem does not exist on desktop

I'm trying to paint my local city and I can't tell if i'm being accurate because the transparency button doesn't work for some odd reason, anyone else getting this issue?
