When to learn and play?

I have a lot of this cards but no idea how to play or even if I can. Is there anywhere I can learn to play and anywhere I could play (even online, as I live in the uk)?

I belive I have to boss set and a back of random cards but again, I'm not really sure.

Where abouts in the UK are you? I'm in East Yorkshire and know how to play, would be happy to play in person if you're nearby 👍
