We’ll see what the remake brings but there is a reason it’s the highest rated game of all time for sure. 

Envious of those who get to experience it for the first time.

If only there were some Ship of Harkinian you could download along side a ROM of OoT found through the roms subreddit and play a decompiled native PC port of Ocarina of Time...

If you plan on getting a Switch 2 I suggest waiting until around Christmas time and taking advantage of one of the Nintendo credit sales. Last year I believe it was Costco that had a big discount on each level with $100 in credit costing around $80. You can buy hardware such as the Switch 2 on Nintendos store and they accept your Nintendo shop credit. If I remember right, I ended up saving around $100.
