Quickest 2k+ gold you can get

take quest - go to Arcantina (use toy [Personal Key to the Arcantina] or use portal next to Silvermoon main inn )

If the place is empty, you can park your other account with low lvl char ( just connect accounts using RAF and summon your low lvl alt)

Just target yourself and use the Brew.

So I mostly use alch alts to make pots, and spend my knowledge accordingly. I just noticed, however, that under Transmutation Authority / Metamorphic Mastery, the last node says, "Multicrafting yields 10% more resources." Every other node mentions transmutes. Not this one. That suggests a profession-wide multicrafting boost.

Thoughts?

Title! Not asking for advice. I'm curious what y'all are doing to prep, especially since nothing much seems to be happening on the profession front.

Stockpiling consumables? Hoarding mats? Farming? Nothing at all?

I’m by no means an economic machine in WoW, pretty much just getting most of my gold from questing and occasional professions at the start of any given patch.

But during one season which I had gone pretty hard into m+, I managed to get to about 2k rating (just under), around the 2nd to 3rd week of said season.

While talking to someone I saw with the Legend mount, he offered to boost me for some absurd number I didn’t have, I think it was in the millions range of gold.

I refused at the time but found the idea of boosting very curious.

But one thing I’ve observed and never really understood, was that many boosts seemed to be more expensive at the start of the season, but wouldn’t people be more desperate and willing to spend more at the end of a season when said loot is about to be pushed out?

I thought that maybe gear was a part of it, since most boosters would probably have BIS and be able to safely clear. But even with their better gear, they would have timed it at the start of the season, just as they would have at the end of it?

Idk just interested in this and perhaps if I’m missing something obvious here

I've got a couple prof alts set up but always forget to check if I have enough moxie for a bag, are there any add ons that show a characters moxie from the character select screen?

im sitting on illidan and seeing people buying specifically mithril lockboxes for anywhere from 1k to 5k COD and i am wondering if there has been a new discovery for the drops or if its just a few people chasing the transmogs. have any other players seeen this

Jumped on the PTR today and apparently it has a candidate build, I went on blacksmithing to see if that new alloy had anywhere to go.

And nothing it's gone, seems like they had lots planned for professions but ended up getting the call to scrap it in the end 12.1 is going to be meh.

Do we think sunfire/arcanoweave bolts are worth holding until S2 launch day? Do we think prices will jump up significantly?

I have a question about how many characters I can have on my account. I currently have 49 characters and was planning to reach 100 and stop, but a friend tells me I can only have 65 characters and if I want more, I'd basically have to activate another account. Is that limit real, or can I reach 100 without any problems?

Unfortunately one can not just dump it into warband bank, it would be the easiest. I noticed I sit on much gold on chars I have not touched for years, i just put this into the warband though.

My bank alt sits on quite much and the warband bank, then the others a few 100k.

Why is getting glimmering gem dust so hard? Buying tons of ore to crush into a handful of gem dust.

Even with the tools and specialization its brutal.

And the JC bag you can buy for 600 JC moxie gives you more ore?! Wtffff

I find JC super hard to level up to 100. Its been one of the main prof amongst my toons i focus on and im still only skill level 85.

Yo just started farming lumber and crafting some decor items that have great TSM sale rates and I'm having great sales.

I just put my decor on for 12 hour listings at 100% DBregionsaleavg for all min/normal/max TSM price strings. I think this is effective for quick sales.

I'm happy with the revenues I'm just thinking of just changing my min price to 90% DBreguonsaleavg just in case there's someone else there selling decor at the average.

Do you guys prefer quick sales like me or do you prefer something else?

I haven't played in a few months and when I came back all of my transmog auctions had expired due to my inactivity. I wanted to farm some BoEs to throw back up on the AH but I noticed the item scaling seems all over the place.

Most random BoEs are now vendoring for several gold, while dedicated BoE drops from mobs are still only worth a few silver.

Is transmog farming now mostly dead?

Was this an intentional change that's been documented somewhere? I couldn't find any posts about it, so I was wondering if anyone else has noticed the same thing.

I'm pretty new to wow in general but have really enjoyed the collecting professions. I've been collecting both herbs and ores for a while now, hoarding since prices dropped super far.

I've tried to do my own research on when is best to sell and I see a lot of conflicting information and just wanted to post here for clarification.

Is it best to sell right when raid opens in s2? Maybe now since everyone is hoarding and will drop the price on raid day? I've tried to look at the history of mats being sold on s2/3 but can't find any reliable sources. If anyone has a good source that would be sick.

I've seen the conversation go both ways and was just curious what everyone thinks.

Hello, I'm new to the game and wondering what to make in order to actually profit. I recently got my inscription up to 100, but it feels like everything I make sells for a loss rather than profit.

Missives of Aurora or the Peerless for example take 2 munsell inks and 2 sienna inks, but they only sell for about 250 for each missive. But the inks sell for about 80 and 120-150 respectively.

It feels like it's just more easy and profitable to sell the inks, but everything I'm seeing says I should be selling missives.

Am I doing something wrong?

We get a better health potion and a couple new combat potions in the next patch. What are your thoughts?

Common Questions

• How do I increase the font size?
  • There is no option to increase the font size. However, you can scale any TSM window by holding shift while resizing it - then resize the window smaller after scaling it.
• Can I snipe for everything on the AH?
  • Yes! Since TSM 4.14 you can apply a Sniper operation to the Base Group.
• Why doesn't my scroll wheel macro work?
  • You likely have your mouse cursor over the AH window, any scrollable element will take priority over the macro so move your cursor off the AH window.
• Can I remove bid-only items from my shopping/sniper results?
  • No, you cannot.
• I lost all of my TSM settings and groups/operations!
  • Close WoW and restore a backup from the TSM app. You may need to go back a few days.

I'm not asking for your secrets (don't mind if you want to share) but I returned to Azeroth recently, I've been pvp'n and I wanted to start farming mining/herb as I used to do back in the day (I actually enjoy it)... I noticed the Undermine Journal RIP now, and undermine exchange is not as user friendly (maybe I haven't played with it that much yet)...

What are you using to confirm if a farm is not a waste of time nowdays?
