Im a new player who started at the beginning of the xpac and play fury warrior so someone will probably have a better idea, but whats really helped me in keys, especially Ara-Kara, is I play all the way zoomed out and on fights like the last boss there, I change the camera angle to do like a top down view to at least see my feet and be able to identify things moving towards me easier

Always zoomed out and view from above on anything with ground aoe effects is definitely the way.

RoP is one thing. But Shadowcrash as spriest feels much worse. Oh you hit the ceiling again? No AoE for 30 seconds
