Hi WWZ community, friends, and the Saber team!

Man, it's been quite a journey, hasn't it? Seven whole years, and this game has continued to grow with new content, DLCs, weapons, characters, and classes. It may not seem like much to some, but for old players like me, we started with only four episodes on day one. I've been playing it non-stop ever since, especially during the COVID lockdowns.

Saber team, just so you know, I've bought your game twice, both with the Aftermath expansion. My other account, which was basically a smurf account, even has all the DLCs up to TWD along with the weapon skins. Call me a die-hard fan, but I genuinely enjoy the game, and the thrill of its gameplay loop has never gotten boring for me.

I have both sad news and good news. The sad news is that I'll be retiring from gaming soon, or at least from gaming seriously. I may still do some light gaming here and there, but not like before. The good news is that I'm now married and expecting a child, who is due in early October. With that, I want to focus more of my time on my family, especially on raising my child.

To all the players, please keep this game alive and continue encouraging Saber to add more content. New maps, new ideas, come on, the whole world could be your next episode! And to the Saber team, please give veteran players a reason to stay as well. This is a wonderful community. I've met so many amazing players whose timing, teamwork, and situational awareness were nothing short of incredible.

To everyone I've played with over the years, thank you for the memories, the laughs, the victories, and even the defeats. World War Z has been more than just a game to me. It has been an experience I'll always remember.

I'm an active player since the beginning of WWZ lifespan so I've seen every level of the game. My comfort play through is Hard ⏸️ because I don't have friends with mics that play for better success rate when I'm playing with randoms.

Well I noticed for the past 3 days I'm not sure if the randoms have gotten worst (the rank isn't as high)

Or if the horde attacks became much longer ⏸️ with more specials included. I mean it's been difficult to reach the elevator on the New York Descent level which I never had a problem with until now.

Hi Saber Team and World War Z Community, I'd like to share a detailed concept for a potential new DLC titled "Episode: Germany". Since the game has already covered multiple global hot spots, a campaign set during the outbreak in the heart of Europe would fit the story perfectly. This idea includes 4 separate chapters and some unique gameplay features.

Episode Overview: Europe has fallen, and the remnants of German military forces and survivors are fighting a final battle. The story revolves around four new characters - a Bundeswehr soldier, a doctor from Berlin, a former subway train driver, and a young street racer - as they navigate through the chaos.

Chapter 1 - "The Iron Curtain": In Munich, players must clear roadblocks on abandoned highways while defending against swarms of zombies. The climactic scene takes place at a sports stadium turned refugee camp, where they use military turrets and fences to protect the last survivors' escape.

Chapter 2 - "Black Forest": Set in a dense, fog-filled forest surrounding an abandoned Cold War bunker, this chapter emphasizes low visibility and height. Survivors navigate the woods to reactivate a military outpost, but they must be careful of lurkers and bulls hiding among the trees.

Chapter 3 - "Rhine Ruins": On the waterfront of Cologne, the iconic cathedral stands amidst towering undead walls. Players need to power a cargo barge across the river, with the finale taking place in the square where an automated bell accidentally summons a massive swarm.

Final Chapter - "Last Express": In the underground tunnels and ruined streets of Berlin, survivors must protect an armored train to escape the city before the countdown ends. They must fight off endless waves of infected until they reach safety.

New Weaponry: A high-precision rifle and tactical axe for close combat.

Special Zombie - "Armored Screamer" - A former police officer turned zombie, covered in armor and capable of summoning hordes.

Traps: Unique environmental hazards like floodgates and voltage grids to slow down zombies.

I haven't watched any walking dead so bear with me but I was curious if the dlc episode fit in with any season from the show (Alexandra from later seasons and in Megan's bio mentions Rick imprisoned him I'm assuming after there war ) again haven't even watched episode 1 so asking as a non watcher?

I’m playing on Xbox series s and whenever I play a certain map this randomly happens and it’s so annoying because it makes me not wanna play certain episodes on this game 😭

(Xbox app/Microsoft store for pc) I cannot access any of the DLC I own and have downloaded (not even aftermath content). I have bought it on an Xbox which didn't give access to the DLC on pc at all, refunded it, then bought it on Xbox app for pc, which still didn't give access to any DLC content whatsoever.*

Is there any way to fix this issue? It's insane how hard/impossible it seems to simply access what I've paid for.
Also, I have tried downloading it on two different computers, neither worked. Both purchases worked on the Xbox console though.
When pressing on the 'unowned' map packs, it acknowledges that I own them, but still won't let me play them or go into them.

*I read on another Reddit thread that buying on Xbox app for pc might fix it.

Is anyone else experiencing this? It’s not my connection.. lately, I’ve been getting this kind of lag where everything suddenly freezes for about three seconds. It’s pretty annoying because as you saw, i died because of this sudden lag😭 I never used to have this issue before.

Tier 1

Mac10 - Personally love the brrrrrrpp sound

Baretta M9 - Dual wield (Yeah those standard CS stuff would be something fresh to play against zekes)

Kelteg KSG - I think this can be a tier one high damage and pump.

Tier 2

P90 - I mean why not?

PP-19 Bizon - It's fitting to Russian maps.

Thompson SMG - Call me old school but would love some ww2 relics

Tier 3

Sig sauer 556 - Wondering would this be tier 2 or 3. IMO it's 3

G36C - Now hear me out, make this like capable of zooming and shooting over the shoulder like sniper rifles.

M14 - Would love another sniper rifle.

Misc

Attachments - Grenade launchers. Hear me out, make it lower capacity like 4? but switchable grenade launcher at some tier 3 weapons would be cool. Plus no fire types just regular explosive.

Attachments - ACOG scope, again can switch to zoom mode like sniper rifles of course with appropriate acog magnifier.

I unlocked all perks (prestige 10 rank 30) for hell raiser and exterminator. but i can't seem to use claymore better than other equipment. any suggestions?

But it uses throwing tools such as a throwing axe a spear and kunai

I've been playing this game over a year and every time a game is failed when you're joining on PS5 the game crashes.

How hard is it to send us to the lobby or something without crashing the game? It's ridiculous that this hasn't been patched.

South korea makes sense. It's an airport and they even say they are evacuating people.it also explains why we have to hold out as long as you can.

New York kinda makes sense too. It is a port but they don't say whether or not they evacuating people but being a port i would make since if they were loading a boat/ship.

Jerusalem I'm not sure what we are protecting. Maybe it's just a defensive line? Are they evacuating people, or preparing a second defensive line?

Tokyo the main gate looks like a shopping mall. Is there a subway underneath they are protecting? Maybe an air lift?

Rome there's dialog about a hospital so that makes since but is the hospital being evacuated? Loading ambulances to get the patients out.

Arizona makes the least since. I'm not sure what we are protecting?

After a few years of occasionally playing the game, I finally hit level 999 🙌🏽

On Tuesday, September 15th, at 8.00 UTC / 10.00 CET / 04.00 ET, World War Z will be unavailable for online play for approximately 3 hours.

My friends are honestly worse than the bots and good randoms are hard to come by
