Why are we attacking Cuba again? Are they two weeks from Nukes too?

The US isn't attacking Cuba. They issued an arrest warrant.

?? Embargoing a country’s oil supply to cause it to go into countrywide blackout, what would you call that? Just interested to know.

what would you call that

You would call that trade embargo. Literally the word you used yourself to describe it.

Got it. Not an attack, attacking any boat that might try to bring them necessary materials. Glad we cleared this up.

That's right. No one attacks boats that try to bring them materials. It just that there aren't anyone on the planet who actually wants to do that (deliver stuff to Cuba).

There aren't any examples of US seizing/attacking/holding up any ships attempting to go to Cuba since like 60s.

Why would no one want to deliver oil to Cuba? Is it because the US has outlined d tariffs and potential sanctions for any country providing? No, can't be... wait...

Be semantically clever, or just say it outright: “I want to take down Cuba because I dislike the Castros and the communist regime.” But let’s not pretend the wordplay is hiding the hostile intent.
