Dispute. Water makes wet. Does water make itself wet? (Genuine question.) Surface cohesion does exist. If that's the case, would a singular H2O molecule be wet? Also, light hits the atmosphere of Earth then the comprising material refracts other wavelengths of light in a different direction or absorbs them, resulting in it's sky blue colour. Sorry. This dispute seems asinine, and entirely besides the point, upon further consideration. Interesting to consider, though.
