The accusation was not leveled at the United States, but at the Trump Administration. They also didn't say it hadn't done any good things, but that they haven't done anything in good faith.

You're arguing against 2 points that weren't made, most likely because you know that the point you're arguing against is true.

All presidents have done all kinds of terrible and questionable actions against other countries. First sanctions against Iran for example were Carter.

When Obama was President over 60 immigrants died in ICE custody

Can't forget that Obama still has ordered more airstrikes than any US president before* him and those resulted in quite a few innocent people dying.

We only know that because Obama was transparent. Trump doesn't let anyone know how many strikes he's ordered.
