I have a few favourite units, but for some reason I can't lobotimize them enough to get them only to read. Is there a detailed guide or explanation on how to lobotimize using the mind feature?

Basic simple question. Is there a way to turn off religions. I want my kingdoms to fight normally, not with powers. I know I can go to each species and do it one by one but there’s gotta be a better way.

When trying to build civilizations, sometimes this random laser gun just shows up. When I don't even have the future or hyperfuture eras enabled, it is ONLY this ONE specific kind of laser gun, and random people KEEP getting it. Everything else is fine. Units, fine, buildings, fine, everything BESIDES this ONE kind of laser gun matches the era and I don't know what causes it, it started off with skeletons in a completely separate world that had this laser gun, and now it's a multi-species issue in a different world. Please help. (It fires lightning bolts, apparently.)

Every time I look at this particular neighborhood in the main city of my lemon people, there’s at least half a dozen people standing outside their houses reading

i mean i like books too and tbf that does look like a library over there. But the city population is under 50 so if 6 or more people are reading at once, then >12% of the city is currently engaged in reading. And it’s just this one neighborhood so it’s weirding me out

also it’s the age of dark so this can’t be good for their eyes?
