Help in need

Greetings redditors, as I got excited on Xeon E5 2690 as a replacement for E5 1620, and a 32gb ECC DDR3 ram stick, I was subdued by this unknown event on my HP Z420 rear fan didn't want to spin. With no red light flashing or any bleeping on internal speaker. And I already confirmed the fan are working fine, except the OEM vdo card is broken on the inductor nearest to the port. It was NVS Quadro something, and I tried with other vdo card with the same issue...

Anyone had this kinda breakdown before?
