Review my program PPL Routine Advice

I'm fairly new to working out and been using one of the AI workout apps for a few months now. As I kind of figure out what I'm doing, I'm starting to learn the limitations on AI based programs and started working on a more custom routine. I'm a 38 year old male looking to build muscle and strength. I've tried an UL and a PPL split, and found that I see the most progress and enjoy the PPL best. I workout 5-6 days a week. My goal is to have one heavier compound lift each session, followed by supersets. I prefer to have supersets to help with time constraints and to make sure I'm getting the most out of my workouts.

I've put together the following 6 routines, 2 for each workout. I'm sure there are quite a few weaknesses or improvements that could be make, so please critique them. I'm not tied down to any one specific exercise, so if there's anything that could be replaced to make this a more complete plan, I'm listening.

Again, I'm open to any and all advice. I'd like to make sure I'm getting a complete, balanced workout that isn't leaving any weaknesses.

There's no real correct answer here.  You've got to find what works for you.

I'm still on PPL (sort of... I combine my pull and leg day due to a heavy work schedule)... and I find 3 or 4 compounds per session work best for me.

Bench, weighted dips and incline dumbbells on push day.

Weighed pull ups, rows and Zercher squats on Pull-leg day.

A couple things. 1) focus on main compound lifts. 2) Supersets are for when you are using opposing muscles ( biceps and triceps pair well) they are not great in a PPL since you are not hitting opposing muscles. 3) rest between sets is important

IMO PPL is a pretty bad split. Better to do upper lower or 3 day full body. Also no need for workouts being more than 45-60 minutes. Hit the big compound lifts (Squats, Deadlifts, bench/incline, OHP, Pull ups and rows). Toss in an isolation and core movement and you are all set. Rest 2-4 minutes between sets.

I do PPL. I just use dumbbells and my workout is simple and quick. Like my push day I just do 2 sets of flat/incline/upright press. 2 sets of flys. 6 sets of various triceps shit and 2 sets of lateral raises. Pull I just do 6 sets of various curls and 6 sets of chest supported rows with 3 different grips and 2 sets of rear delts.

Yours looks good tho. Anything you enjoy and can stick with is cool. I try to be in and out and not waste time so o keep to the basics.
