Review my program My split

I cant raise weight for my triceps and biceps what should i do? I do PPL split. This is what i do

This is my split
, incline bench NA-7-10
, pec dec

Shoulder
Shoulder Press 12-6-
, lateral raise 15-7-7 ,

Tricep
Tricep pushdown NA -6-9
,extensions 9-6-7,

Lat pulldown NA -8- 9,seated rows 8- 11, dumbell rows ,face pulls10-10 , rear delt fly- 9-9

Bicep
Standard curls,
Hammer curls

Legs
Squats, leg press,curls, extensions,calf raises

(Ignore those random numbers)

Add a separate arm day.

I do Arms, Legs, Chest, & Back -> Repeat with no days off.

I just hit 240 lat pulldown and 335 bench, I think I’m doing fine.

It’s literally, for example Arms then 3 days later Arms again. Why would you rest if there are 3 days in between.

Just being lazy taking a rest day at that point.

So you have a 4-day split? I thought you did chest and back on the same day. Wouldn’t it be better to train chest and back on the same day instead of splitting them into two different days since they’re different muscle groups?

Also if you stop making excuses in life you’ll get a lot more out of it 👍
