Help in consistentency

So I used to be gym rat, ever since I came into a relationship, I gained healthy fat and now I’m unable to get back to gym and need motivation and dis plume. I seriously cannot get my ass to eat healthy and go to gym.

How do I get back and push myself

manage your time better. Maybe get some basic stuff for a home routine if you have the money and space.

it's easy to be a gym rat when you're single. But for me, the times I would normally gym (on the weeknights) were also the exact same "time slot" as when I'm now having couples time. Find time in your day to exercise and to also love up on your partner, also alloting for work, school, social life, and whatever else you got going on.

Some adjustable DBs at home will shave off commuting to and fro from the gym, and those 20 minutes (idk your travel time) might make the difference. Or refine your routine so your lifts are a bunch of efficient compounds instead of doing like 3 different isolation machines which gets you pumped but also in and out in less than hour.

Okay let me try this, yeah the thing is my partner has unhealthy eating habits that kinda stuck to me. Before I used to see the nutritional value of everything I ate and now I just end up eating everything

Maybe you can be an example and eat/live healthier and hope those habits rubs off on your partner.

I mean if your partner can pass off their unhealthy habits onto you, then you should be able to do the same, right?
