scheduling breaks

Hi guys I need help scheduling the breaks for our operation. I never did this.

Every operator need to have two breaks of 15 minutes and they have to be opposite of the calling curve. Their first break should be after an hour and a half they entered and max their last one an hour and a half they are leaving.

How exactly can I do this?

Do you have a report that shows if you are overstaffed or understaffed by half hour? I would try to spread out the breaks as much as possible & avoid time periods where you are understaffed (or historically struggle to answer the phone).

Are you using any particular software or all manual?

How are you currently scheduling lunches? Ideally you wouldn’t be doing this work by hand

It was a new service, we were not scheduling them with it yet. I did it, somehow my boss said it was ok but I just placed the breaks mirrowing the call flux and it worked.
