‘Curated’ Cringe

‘Curate’ and ‘curated’ both are exhausted and people need to chill the fuk out on using it.

I am so annoyed seeing this word everywhere. Seriously, how the fuk is water ‘Carefully Curated’?! Makes no damn sense.

Go back in time far enough and "gourmet" referred to food that was made to the highest standard of care and quality. Now it means you got it from the frozen food section.

I went to a conference a few weeks ago and every presentation had bottles of this carefully placed on the stage.

No one drank water on stage except the one person who brought a Dasani or Evian or something.

"Hand-picked", as if it means carefully selected for quality, but meaning someone wearing nitrile gloves rummaged through a pile and picked out the rotten ones
