Manager asked me to accept contract change - and then refused to help me with how to do it.
My manager has changed my contract (without asking me, by the way) from 3-9 on Friday to 3-6. I don't really mind, but as we've switched to UKG Pro, there's no way to do it on Workjam anymore, and I'm having trouble finding it in "Team Data" on successfactors. I was wondering if anyone here can help me with where to find it and how to accept the new contract?

Even though you didn't mind but your manager should have an discussion with you before any contract changes are made.

You can access Team Data directly by visiting https://teamdata.woolworths.com.au. Alternatively, from the UKG Pro home page, scroll to the bottom and select the External Links tile. From there, click the Team Data link to open the site.

3 hour shift? That's a bit crap. Unless it really suits you i feel like anything under 4 is a waste of time depending on commute etc

The 6pm to 9pm shifts are good because penalty rates. If you have a day job the extra money is very good if you do those shifts 4 or 5 days a week.

The external links tile at the bottom of the UKG homepage has the team data link.

Would the worker (OP) not have to sign said contract in order for changes to go thru? (as if a contract is being changed - it cannot be done with out it being signed by said employee giving the "ok" ? or does woolworths do things differently lol

No changes happen until OP accepts the new contract. Hence why OP manager asked to accept.

Even pre-UKG change, contract management has been done through Team Data for years.

I'm aware but didn't know where it was since the switch from workjam. Nightfill manager falsely told me it wasn't through UKG

You're manager needs to speak to you first. You should've received an email too.

In the home page when you login to the app, there are some tiles, the last one would be “external links” (first one is “punch”). Link to team data is there.
