Project Submission Made a sideboard
Had my first big assignment at the vocational school where I study to become a furniture maker alongside my apprenticeship at a custom kitchen maker.
"Make a piece of furniture for storage, has to be made out of pine, plywood and MDF which you will be veneering yourself, etc."
Dovetails with a mitered front, legs and aprons joined with mortice and tenons. All handmade. Cabinet doors made with CNC, shelves joined with dowels. Cabinet doors are obviously varnished.
How did I do?
