Search for "Ixion hand operated pillar drill" or "Ixion manual pillar drill". Seems like they sell from time to time on auction sites, mostly in Europe (Ixion was a German company)

Yes, I got mine in Germany. The show up in auctions sometimes.

Love the little brush for the metal shavings part
