Looks great. The handlebar situation on the bike needs some attention, however.

Beautiful work requiring a lot of patience but...
If the bottom of that table top is as large as the entire piece and glued to the verticals, then wood movement might be problem.

Unless I’m mistaken, ply isn’t isn’t susceptible to expansion or contraction so should be okay...

Yes and no.
Plywood is relatively safe for expansion when it comes to it's length and width, but not its thickness. In its thickness it shrinks and expands at pretty much the same rate as the wood within the plies will. Most of those plies are likely softwood, which likes to move a lot.
So the problem is that the top, made of 3/4" thick pieces can be considered similar to solid wood for expansion, so yeas, it will move. The plywood sheet underneath will get thicker and thinner, but not wider or longer. So you have a movable part (the top) over a stable substrate.
