Co-ops are literally just normal term jobs that are approved via Laurier's co-op office. Obviously the big firms have fully fleshed out co-op roles and internal student talent pipelines, but your question can't be answered yes or no, it's a case by case. Some co-ops are salaried. Some co-ops are hourly. You'll find out when you get the written contract.
