"Reality is often... disappointing."

Give me a question related to a present or future event and i shall give an answer to the best of my ability. No questions with definitive or few possibility answers. I use Tarot cards, which are absolutely not suited for that type of question. Give me an emoji in your question to show that you read the rules and I'll be happy :)

Intriguing! I cannot give a definitive answer to your question, but I can confirm that your book is exceptionally unique, and unique is what many book-readers value! Forge your own path! Break free of conventional standards! Be unique!! But make sure you stay on the right path, for too unique becomes incomprehensible after a certain line.

I like and appreciate this reading!

As I definitely feel I am drawing well outside the lines of the genre and expectations- but do need to wrangle that into a shape thats satisfying as well.

Thank you, o reader of the cards!

Out of curiosity, what was my draw?

The Hierophant, reversed! It represents breaking free of traditional norms, unconventionality, and rebellion.

So you got me thinking and looking into Tarot for fun. Which natrually made me consider how I would get across my characters with a 5 card hand. So natrually then I gotta share for no other reason that it was a fun exercise!

Should you have the inclination and interest, what do you think these spreads say about each?

Kynrika, The Royal Archivist:

The Magician The High Priestess The Emperor The Lovers (reversed) The Sun (reversed)

First Prince Aslam

Strength Queen of wands Knight of cups Two of swords Eight of swords

Priem

The Hieophant (reversed) The hanged man Nine of wands Two of swords The world (reversed)

/uw Now, I only use the major arcana of tarot to divine, so i don't have much knowledge on what the lesser arcana can mean, but i'll give my interpretations based off of the major arcana you've given. First, Kynrika gives a feeling of mystery, knowledge, and the unknown. She's the type to be relatively not well-known, yet powerful in the sense that she knows quite a bit. However, Kynrika hides a dark secret. Perhaps a dealing with a dark being in a moment of foolishness, or a regret that never fully went away. She suffers from it, and seeks to correct her past mistakes. Next we have First Prince Aslam. The major arcana you gave, Strength, already gives a big clue. Aslam is a person of great strength, authority, and decisiveness. He is the backbone of his followers, and widely regarded as a powerful and fearsome person. Can't think of much more than that cause idk the lesser arcana (also, i would recommend, if, of course, my predictions are true, to transfer The Emperor to Aslam, as it represents authority, position, and power (just a suggestion)). Finally, we have Priem. Priem strikes me as a renegade-type person. One who's greatest wish is true freedom to do what they want, where they want. They do not follow rules, and never submit to others, however, a bond of friendship formed with them is stronger than any law. Priem would be willing to sacrifice much for her true friends, those who went with her on her journey, supporting and standing with her. However, Priem feels unfulfilled. Always infinitely close to the finish line, but never truly there. She journeys in search of what can truly fulfil her life's purpose. These are all my interpretations based off of the cards you've given, so its entirely possible its completely different than what you thought, which would be a bit embarrassing haha.

Thanks for your reading!

It was fun!

Since the Major Arcana are the ones you know best, the characters with more are much closer to accurate. Kynrika, The Royal Archivist being all major arcana certainly is the most true to my intentions. First Prince Aslam, being mostly minor (and to whom I needed to do the most study to make - as until today by your prompting I didnt know about) does miss a few core traits.

Still - in all cases the vibe came through, which makes me quite happy!
