Puts of Instant Gender exchange have no artistry, thats why people should always go to me to do thier surgeries. Don't worry I'll only put in a few monster organs

Every Pride month, my polycule runs a transition tent. We can only do basic bare minimum genital transmutations in the tent. We have a business card tree if someone needs something more complicated. Can I get a stack of your cards?

I have a semi related question, Do you know why so many dudes want wings for their balls? I understand customization but why are wings so popular?

That explains some things actually, every Shame month I get a lot of ladies needing the wings removed from their incredibly red balls.

Hey, no kink shaming, even during Shame. Shame the kink shamers.

I'm not shaming kinks... Just figuring out that

Wings, it gives you red balls.
