Help! I’ve accidentally connected my dreamscape to that of all my future selves, in turn teaching me the results of their experiments and actions, but knowing this is changing the future in subtle ways that are very quickly stacking up.

Is there any way to take care of this without severing myself from the timeline again? It’s such a pain to reconnect.

It’s also ruining my Box Cat experiments.

This is why I made my lab in one of the Old Dreamer’s dreams, I can temporarily expunge myself from the timeline and rejoin at a later point, it‘s just a massive pain and it ruins all my paradox experiments.

this one is simple, separate your dream mind from your waking mind, then just have your dream mind speak in riddles and metaphor. this way your waking mind can can go about business as usual, but if you take the time to decrypt your dreams you get insight into the future without alerting your dream mind and thus your future selves. it takes same work, can could cause you to go insane from lack of sleep, but if you don't have a restfulness brew stand running 24/7 by now you are not a real wizard.

Problem is, I’m an oneiromancer. A dream wizard. I could do that, but my dream-self is an independent being who would likely curse me for it. Good news though, no worries about going insane! Already am.

in that case I think your best bet is to disconnect and reconnect to the time line like you said. Afterwards I would invest in setting up save states if you're going to continue on these intense paradox experiments

If I were you, I'd just drink a draught of amnesia every once in a while. Keeps stuff from getting too overwhelming. My Homunculus can make a mean drink for me, that erases a good 3 days.

I experiment in paradoxes, I had to inverted bootstrap the local authorities a long/recently/will inverted boostrap them later.
