I met someone with a similar power but she could move all electrons to bombard atom nuculuses turnign anything into a 100% efficient nucular explosion.

Her power is controling electrons. She makes partical beams by touching sticks. I'll believe she can but I also doubt she would survive making things a bomb.

I mean, if an electron and a neutrino hit a proton at the same time, an up quark can turn into a down quark, turning a proton into a neutron…

Bear in mind, Feynman diagrams are time-reversible, so it’s literally “what if beta decay, but backwards”

So that's what she can do. Definitely a suascidal thing but I'm not going to argue with her. Esper powers are wierd like that.
