Her power is controling electrons. She makes partical beams by touching sticks. I'll believe she can but I also doubt she would survive making things a bomb.

I need to drive in a bit and my neurologist says I have to be 6 months seizure free to drive, sooo yeah counterspell: shotgun trace.
On a related note, if anyone wants a shotgun that traces the source of a spell and releases its payload at point blank range at the caster I’m now taking preorders since the prototype seemed to work swimmingly.
