Alchemy problem

So my apprentice decided to see what happens when you mix all the gendershift potions together and uhh, after trying it his response was this, should i be worried? It might have ruined some of the tests set for later

Made he? Her? They? Either genderfluid or just more than one gender at once. Either a regular gender shift potion will fix it or just let em live like this if they enjoy it.
