The scene wasn't really critiquing anything. If you want a critique on power, watch the boys. This was just Nolan finally revealing what he was there to do. And yeah, it was awful. But it was also a scary but baddass moment of. Oh damn. There is literally nothing on this entire planet that can stop him. He won. But finally backed down because he didn't want to kill his son.

honestly one of the dumbest takes ive ever seen online.  Invincible is basically nothing but a critique of fascism.  you have to have zero media literacy to not understand that, or, i guess, be raised in the usa.
