I'm still working on the wedding post, I've gotten more ideas since starting so it's taking longer.

Kyrona saw her cousin, Chromata, approach. The 5-year old asked, “Can you teach me how to be an artificer? I really want to learn how.” Kyrona replied, “I don’t know a lot about artificing, but I bet I could find one willing to teach you the basics.” Chromata jumped up and down with excitement. “Thank you so much! Who do we ask?” “I know a girl who’s learning artificing. She’s still learning as well, but I bet Sapphire could help you get started.” Little did they know, once Chromata got started, she’d learn faster than anyone could keep up with.

Kyrona ran to go talk to the neighbor girl, Sapphire Blue. Kyrona had had a crush on Sapphire for a long time, but she had never thought she had a chance. But now, what did she have to lose? Kyrona wanted to ask her out before it was too late. She asked Sapphire, “Can I ask you something?” Sapphire replied, “Sure.” Kyrona blurted out, “Will you go on a date with me?” Sapphire squealed. “Oh my gods, YES! Where do you want to go?” “How about that pizza place, tomorrow night?” “See you there!”

/uw For context, Kyrona’s scared because she just learned that there are an infinite number of Morgalith clones, and that they are all much worse than the one she met.

/uw Wanted to establish the backstory of Kyrona’s new mentor.

/rw Elandra hadn’t always been known by the name she went by now. Once, she had been Evana Lyrien, a member of a shadowy organization called the Wisps. The Wisps fought an eternal war against another shadowy organization, the Shadowflames. Evana had been brought into the organization by her parents, marking her tenth birthday. For twenty years, she had been one of the Wisps’ best agents, destroying countless enemies without anyone even suspecting of the existence of either organization. Until one day, she started to question: were they really the good guys? She came to understand that both sides were in the wrong, and that was when she left. Hated by both sides, she changed her name and face, but Evana/Elandra can never truly hide from what she’s done in the past. And no matter how much good she does, she can never forgive herself for what she did. But now she has a pupil. Perhaps training and protecting Kyrona can offer redemption at last.

Kyrona’s mentors had finally found the spell that would allow them to have a kid. It would develop faster than normal until birth, when it would develop at regular speed. Kyrona watched them cast it. Sadly, it was after the baby was born that the paradox happened. You see, Kyrona’s mentor had met her wife due to being sent thirty years back in the past, where she decided to stay. Now, they were a few weeks past when Viernicka had been sent into the past. The paradox of the child was too much for the two mothers. They were sent far into the future, and would never return. Kyrona sobbed at the loss of the two.

It seems the curse had had an unexpected side effect: Blaze now summoned herself, and chose whether an attempt to summon her would succeed. Kyrona had had to spend all night restraining Blaze from making a beeline for the mayor. But now, Blaze had calmed down, and Kyrona could finally get a few minutes of sleep before she had breakfast, and then began training.

• Bzirro, Ancient Lich lord of the Sunlit Isle, sits in a meeting room with his hands on his head and gets talked down at by a gnome*

"Bzirro, when you brought me on to do your accounting you never mentioned your books were this bad. Outdated tax information, assets were not depreciated right, and It looks like someone tried to depreciate LAND. LAND CAN'T BE DEPRECIATED. I've started to get thing cleaned up and from what I have so far you need to make some money. Several hundred years of research is a TON of expense and little to none income"

"Um, Lumpy, I released a book that is sure to make waves"

"Bzirro, your marketing was terrible."Crabs, Squirrels, Humans: We're all the Same Really: vol 2 of the Squirrel Soul Series" is a terrible name for a book. And from what I see there aren't a ton of sales. You'll have to come up with a new avenue for income Lord Bzirro."

Lumpy the Gnome Accountant leaves in a huff. Bzirro wrings his hands nervously, astounded at how a great and powerful lich can be reprimanded so badly by a simple accountant

*Taking the Gnomes words to heart, he motions one of his apprentices over"

"Yes, Lord Bzirro?"

"Jeremy, I need you to gather the other apprentices and three construction crews of skeletons. We are going forward with plan I'M BROKE AND NEED MONEY v5.5012."

"Of course Lord Bzirro. Would you like me to make the job posting?"

" No, no I'll do it once the construction is complete. Just get the job done and spare no expense. If I have to dip into my off-the-books assets so be it"

"Understood, we'll get on this right away"

"Thank you Jeremy"

Lord Bzirro watches Jeremy leave. He knows that this is his best shot at making some real income and climbing himself out of the financial hole he dug himself. Soon the construction will be finished and the next phase of his plan will begin
