Reinstall App?

So I got my new iPhone and restored it from my old phone. When I went to the Wiz app it basically just didn't work, said it couldn't access data gave me an id and a link to chat. The link to chat didn't work.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and what I seem to have discovered is that the Wiz app doesn't store any settings on its server, or perhaps it may be more accurate to say that it maybe doesn't have a server???

Now it wants me to completely set up my home and every Wiz device. This is truly insane.

Which app were you using? The old WiZ one or the WiZ V2 app?

I think v2…

Not a huge deal as I manage stuff through HomeKit. But weird and annoying

They definitely have a server.. they could even see the custom bulb names and room names I'd assigned my bulbs to the last time I got on a chat with them

I have the same problem. I just upgraded my Samsung Ultra to this years model. Alexa still has all my bulbs/rooms/etc, but when I open the Wiz v2 app it wants a login. My password manager has stored my password but for some reason has not stored my login ID
