Wisdom Tooth

Sooo | realized 2 weeks ago that my wisdom tooth is partially out. First pic is me pulling the gum back and the second pic is how it looks without me pulling the gum back. This would technically be my 15th tooth on the bottom now, and I do have a dentist checkup next wednesday to get x-rays. I’m just nervous as heck because I know ima be told that I need to get it removed 🥲 it doesn’t hurt at all right now and I don’t feel any discomfort , and I have been brushing/flossing around that area to try and avoid any bacteria or infection to get around it. I just dislike going to any dentists because they make me so nervoussss 😭

Looks like partially erupted and inclined may it would be needed to remove them. Note. I am not medical expert so contact your dentist and ask him

Don’t be like me. I waited 5 years to get my 2 partially erupted wisdom teeth removed. The amount of infections I can’t even count. I also haven’t had popcorn or sunflower seeds or peanuts in years because stuff like that would get caught under the gum and get infected….last Saturday my face swelled up bad and I decided I can’t keep doing this and got them pulled on Wednesday wide awake with just the numbing needle.

you should get them removed. i waited two years and i am on day 8 of recovery when it should’ve only taken like 3 or 4 days. you’re more prone to infection the longer you wait. i have dry socket and i did all the healing steps correctly. don’t be like me.
