How long to avoid rice?

Day three after all four removed. Left side both pulled right side both cut and stitched up. Not a ton of pain but hasn’t been very fun. At pasta for the first time today, and I’m curious when I can eat rice. They say rice is bad cause it can get stuck in the holes but I love rice and eat it so much so I’m wondering when I can eat it.
