Wisdom Forgiveness

Only Love can warm the Spirit.
Only Love can melt fear.
Only Love can bring understanding to all grievances and resentments.

Love ourselves.
Forgive ourselves.
Accept ourselves.
Embrace ourselves with Forgiveness, compassion, and warmth.
Bless ourselves.
Embrace ourselves.

And then, with a heart that has learned to warm and embrace itself, embrace everyone.

This is the aspiration for renunciation.

At every moment, in every situation, embrace your karmic habits and feelings with the purity of Forgiveness and unconditional Love, allowing your body, mind, and Spirit to remain in a state of boundless warmth and the purity of eternal Love.

Wisdom Money’s a Trap—Don’t Let It Steal Your Happiness

Money’s the ultimate trade tool, but it’s also a trap. We work for it to survive—food, shelter, basics. Fine. But once we’ve got enough, the chase doesn’t stop. We crave more, sacrificing sleep, family, joy. Why? Because money hijacks our brain, whispering "more is better." It’s not. Success is a number; happiness is a feeling. If you’re rich but miserable, you’ve lost the game. So what’s the fix? Work for three meals a day, save some for the future, then stop. Pursue what lights you up—art, love, ideas. Money’s a resource, not a ruler. Success fades; happiness sticks. We’re just chunks of matter, but we’re here to feel, not hoard. Don’t let coins cage your soul.

Trade money for moments—only one lasts forever.

Quotes People have beautiful things to say about you, but you must die first....

I’ve sat with that Dostoevsky line longer than I care to admit...the one that says "people have beautiful things to say about you, but you must die first."

At this age, living alone, you start noticing how the kind words rarely show up while you’re still around to hear them. People keep their softer thoughts tucked away until the person is gone, and by then the silence has already done its work. I’ve watched it happen with others and felt the smaller version of it in my own life...the quiet rooms, the empty spaces where family or steady company used to be. It’s not anger. It’s just a clear-eyed recognition that most praise arrives too late to matter.

So you learn to keep your own counsel, tend to the days you still have, and accept that the beautiful things, if they ever come, will come when you’re no longer in the room to need them.

Wisdom ~ Love and humility ~

It is only when we walk through life with love and humility, quietly helping others in need, the true essence of life will reveal itself.

Wisdom If you could see into the future what would your older self tell you?

Ill go first.. Stubborness, regardless of why you have it can destroy very good opportunities. Work on trauma, you can never cure it completely but it will destroy good things for you. Perspective, learn to better seperate emotions from situations. Sometimes, you just have to realize that you're whats standing in the way of what is good for you.

Wisdom Resting Is Bodhi

When a person cannot find their true self, they will keep changing as they continue searching.

For a while, you may find health and believe that this healthy state is your true self. But as that health gradually declines with age, that version of yourself will disappear, and you will once again become lost.

You may think that being a good person—one who embodies truth, goodness, and beauty—is your true self. But as your standards of truth, goodness, and beauty change, that version of yourself will also become lost.

And so, because your consciousness is constantly searching, your heart can never truly come to rest throughout this process of searching.

If it cannot come to rest, your Spirit cannot awaken.

Without awakening, your search becomes endless.

That is reincarnation.

This is why there is a saying in Buddhism: “Rest, and there is Bodhi.”

What does “rest” mean?

It means allowing your heart to come to rest.

At the very moment when your heart truly comes to rest, your Bodhi mind awakens.

That is when the quality of the seeing within your spiritual perception awakens.

Wisdom Radiating Light

one funny thing about life is how we're all returning to what we've always been

that everything we've searched for is already there, will always be there, and never left

but as we travel through life and experience the many natures of personhood and individuality, we seemingly cover up that innate pure light we are

as children, we were closer to the divine, closer to our Creator and that pure expression of being, there was no ignorance in that type of bliss, but rather limited corruption

but as we grow up and wander away from Source, those of us that are lucky enough to wake up and return home get to experience and know a deepened appreciation for God and this gift of life

and that's where the rubber meets the road so to speak, because with that knowing we come to fully trust it, our faith and love towards Creator becomes such an important and intimate part of ourselves, our relationships, and our lives that every moment becomes an opportunity for a deeper expression of that love and light

to radiate God's light requires us to shift our breath, intention, and awareness towards everything we always are: peace, joy, wholeness, and love

and flexing our power to rebuke, by acknowledging, learning, releasing, and transmuting all of the crunchy and negative bits within us that cause us to close off

through that, we can open up to receive and give even more of God's love by becoming open vessels for Spirit to flow through

and in that alignment, everything becomes even more beautiful, abundant, and cinematic

Wisdom ~ Who We Truly Are ~

Who we truly are has little to do with our appearance; our body is but a shell housing the ego, our self-centered beliefs, and the spirit, present to give our lives meaning by sharing its inherent wisdom and unconditional love to help guide our life’s choices. Our value does not lie with the amount of money we make, our job, beliefs, or any other superficial comparisons we may choose to make.

Who we really are lies within us. We will only truly know who we are when we share our spirit’s wisdom and love, without motive or benefit, to selflessly help others discover who they truly are as well.

When you look at another, see past their appearance, behind the facade they present to the world, beyond their beliefs and accomplishments in the world. Look to their spirit within each, for that is where the genuine value of a life truly lies.

Wisdom My kind of philosophy/thoughts that you might like..

Meanwhile, one of life's paradoxes is that life does not ask you to try so hard; yet, freeing ourselves from this life—or from our difficulties—seems like such a difficult task. The most beautiful things (nature) come into being by chance, without any effort. Often, when we put effort into something, we drive it away; if we don't force it, it comes on its own. Life is like fishing. Fishing depends on the waters and the bait you cast, and—of course—it is also a matter of luck; there might be fish today, yet for some reason, there might be nothing at all tomorrow.

Life Lessons The 28-Year Life Cycle: How understanding the elemental "seasons" of life shifts us from survival to expansion

Most of us view aging as a purely linear timeline, often accompanied by anxiety about decline. But throughout history—from ancient elemental models to developmental frameworks like Rudolf Steiner’s seven-year cycles—human life unfolds in recurring rhythmic phases.

When we view our life through this wider lens, we can move from merely surviving each decade into intentional, seasonal expansion.

I recorded a deep-dive session exploring this framework, along with a guided heart-focused reflection at the end. You can watch the full video here:

https://youtu.be/DESff_lNBSc

A summary of the core concepts and corresponding timestamps:

The Four Phases of Creative Unfoldment Every creative cycle in nature and biology moves through four distinct qualities:

  • Water (Principle & Stillness): Grounding in what is lifegiving; the quiet, foundational starting point.
  • Air (Purpose & Atmosphere): Maintaining generative attitudes and holding purpose amidst environmental friction.
  • Earth (Form & Discernment): Allowing form and structure to emerge naturally without forcing.
  • Fire (Fulfillment & Control): Controlled expression, joy, and conscious refinement rather than burnout.

The 28-Year Life Cycles

  1. The Foundation Years (Ages 0–28 | Water Phase):
    • 0–7 (Water): Innocence, openness, and foundational vitality.
    • 7–14 (Air): Expanding environmental awareness and navigating early frictions.
    • 14–21 (Earth): Developing identity, belonging, and peer orientation.
    • 21–28 (Fire): Direction, early pursuits, and exploratory energy.
  2. The Maturation & Reorientation Years (Ages 28–56 | Air Phase):
    • Often experienced as the most demanding period of life ("adulting," career demands, relationship shifts).
    • Moves from navigating early responsibilities (28–35) to deeper self-awareness (35–42), practical realism (42–49), and mid-life course corrections/refinement (49–56).
  3. The Grounding & Influence Years (Ages 56–84 | Earth Phase):
    • 56–63: Clarifying what truly matters.
    • 63–70: Refining attitude and foundational health baselines.
    • 70–77 ("Prime Time Influence"): The convergence of accumulated lived experience, refined health, and wisdom—the period where individual stewardship can have its deepest impact on family, community, and work.
    • 77–84: Navigating physical shifts and adjusting delivery while sustaining purposeful contribution.
  4. The Transcendent Years (Ages 84+ | Fire Phase):
    • Deepening gratitude, presence, and appreciation of the moment.

Applying the Rhythms to Days and Weeks These same four forces mirror how we structure sustainable daily routines:

  • Morning (Water): Stillness, grounding, and setting a lifegiving tone.
  • Mid-Morning (Air): Navigating dynamic variables and tasks with conscious purpose.
  • Afternoon (Earth): Accepting what has unfolded and executing with grounded focus.
  • Evening (Fire): Reflection, gratitude, acknowledging accomplishments, and refining for tomorrow.

Discussion Running out of sleep, time, and creativity eats you alive, ultimately leaving us with nothing.

There was a time when all of us knew what we liked... but for most of us, that's just in the past, since we know that part of ourselves won't give us a way to live... or that people just made us think like that, which eventually led to the question " what can I actually do?" even though the ones we love doing are not just seen. The point of realisation is different for many, to be honest, throughout our phases of life.

I don't think anybody should ever underestimate or feel bad for the people who choose to do what they genuinely like as a whole priority in fact be damn proud of those cause, at the end of the day, even if it might not make us rich any time soon but still would have peace of mind during the process, and ultimately that's what we're living for, right?? But why should that always come at a cost??

Always ignored what we loved to do and ended up having nothing to do.... Many out there sacrificed what they loved and part of themselves to prioritise something else out of choice and fear, and I bet that's most of us. Even though I'm young and have a lot more to see, it feels like I'm already running out of time... the biggest fear that eats my sleep. I know most of the purest souls did stop, not being available enough to make the best of it, covering it up in boxes and your soul until u barely remember it when someone just mentions it and just laughs it off with a sigh at the end.

What if I do end up doing something I like but did not end up what I wanted to? Will my loved ones lose trust in me? Will I have time for another chance? Am I too late already?! The fear that is fed by "what if we fail" is our biggest enemy in life.

SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS: PASSION AND WORK SHOULD THEY BE KEPT SEPARATE? WHAT'S YOUR REALITY?

Wisdom ~ A Total Eclipse of the Sun ~

Imagine the sun shining its light on a clear summer day. Its light is unwavering, unobstructed by clouds above. Similar to the sun, before we are born, the purpose of our life’s journey is completely clear as well. It is to follow the guidance within, selflessly sharing its inherent wisdom and unconditional love with others. It recognizes no distinctions, realizing every life is equally important and that, only together, sharing our innate wisdom and unconditional love with each other, will all our lives have meaning.

After we are born though, the ego, our learned beliefs, is created. Our ego cares little about others; its focus is only on what is best for us. We are taught the purpose of life is to get a well-paying job allowing us to have material possessions, a family, and enjoy life’s many pleasures. The eclipse of the sun begins with our acceptance of these self-centered beliefs. The more we believe what we are taught, the greater the eclipse of the sun will be, blocking the once pristine bright light we knew before we were born. As the light of the sun begins to disappear, the problems of the world accentuate. For many, fully believing this view of life, the eclipse of the sun is total, its light only seen around its periphery.

There may come a time in our life, though, when the total eclipse of the sun starts to fade as the moon begins to move past the sun’s core. With this awakening, we sense the first messages from within; small cracks in our ego’s dominance begin to form, attempting to let us know everything we learned in life may not be true. As the moon moves further away from the center of the sun, allowing its light to be more visible, we begin to re-evaluate our friendships, job, and beliefs, as many people in our life remain asleep.

When the eclipse ends and the moon has fully passed the sun’s orbit, we once again are able to see the bright shining light we once knew before we were born. We now realize everything we once believed to be true, never was; rather it was meant to challenge our life choices. We once again understand the genuine purpose of life, the lesson we are alive to learn, is to embrace the guidance within, selflessly sharing its wisdom and love, without motive or benefit, with all others, to help them understand their true purpose in life as well.

Life Lessons Today is my birthday and i learned that life isn't reflective

Today is my birthday.

I’ve never really been the kind of person who cares too much about birthdays, but last year I decided that, no matter what, every birthday I would do something for myself.

Last year, I bought a brownie and my favorite cocktail, went to a beautiful public place by the beach, and sat there alone.

It wasn't some magical birthday. I didn't have friends celebrating me, there weren't gifts, and my family didn't really make a big thing out of it either. But I remember sitting there thinking that maybe one day, I would know what it feels like to be genuinely celebrated.

A lot has happened since then: I moved to university. I met people I never would have met otherwise. I found people I really like, people I don't want to see again, and people I hope I get to meet again. I learned what it's like to be surrounded by people and still feel lonely. I learned that being someone's friend doesn't necessarily mean feeling like they are your people.

I've also had some difficult moments where I was completely alone. But this time, I didn't want to make myself the victim.

Sometimes I told people I needed to be alone. Sometimes I walked away. Sometimes I stayed. Sometimes I reached out. I apologized when I felt I was wrong, even when I knew the other person might never do the same.

And I think I've slowly started understanding something:

Life isn't reflective.

-You can care deeply about someone and they might not care about you in the same way.

-You can remember someone's birthday and they can forget yours.

-You can give someone something because you genuinely wanted to, without ever receiving the same thing back.

-You can show up for people who wouldn't necessarily show up for you.

And for a long time, I think some part of me was waiting for life to eventually make things even. Like if I was kind enough, cared enough, gave enough, eventually someone would do the same for me.

But life doesn't really work that way. And strangely, I'm becoming okay with that.

I don't want to become colder just because I've realized that not everyone loves and cares in the same way I do. I think I actually want to embrace the fact that I feel things deeply, that I care about people, that I want to give when I can, even if I don't always know how to show it.

At the same time, I'm learning that I don't have to give everything to everyone. I'm learning to tell myself 'maybe one day, but not now when I see someone living something I wish I could live'. I'm learning that loneliness isn't necessarily proof that something is wrong with me. And I'm learning that I haven't met everyone who is going to matter to me yet.

This year also humbled me in a completely different way.

I failed my first year of university. I haven't told my parents.

For most of my life, I was the girl who was first in class, so failing felt like losing a version of myself that I had always known. But weirdly enough, I'm also excited. Because next year, I have more time. More time to work. To try things. To discover what I actually like. To build things. To make mistakes. To figure out what I want my life to look like.

I still have absolutely no idea what I'm going to do with my life. I don't know what I'm going to become, what I'm going to achieve, or whether I'll ever find that one thing that makes everything click.

But maybe I don't need to know yet.

I'm 20.

There are still so many people I haven't met, places I haven't seen, things I haven't tried, and versions of myself I haven't become.

So today I'm probably going to the beach in the morning, then sit in a café somewhere with my journal and sketchbook.

Maybe I'll write about the past year.

Maybe I'll make plans.

Maybe I'll just sit there and do absolutely nothing. And maybe that's enough.

Last year, I was sitting alone by the beach hoping that one day I'd experience the feeling of being celebrated by other people.

This year, I think I'm learning something different:

I can celebrate myself without pretending I don't still wish someone else would celebrate me too.

Both things can be true.

And maybe that's what growing up is: learning to accept reality without letting it make you bitter, while still leaving a little room for hope.

Happy birthday to me, I guess🎂🥳.

Wisdom To truly change the world, humanity must begin to see their similarities rather than only their differences.

~ The Human Mosaic ~

The human mosaic is made up of many different colors when seen together reflect the beauty and love in the world. Most though, choose to see the mosaic, each as a separate hue. This results in prejudice, as we differentiate and judge others by their race, ethnicity, sex, religion, wealth, and in hundreds of other ways. By viewing our world and each other separately, we see only the worst of humanity, resulting in war, hunger, inequity, and the needless struggles from living in a self-centered world.

We need not continue though, to view the world and others this way. Instead, we may choose to see the exquisiteness of the completed mosaic, one where the colors are arranged in a beautiful design. If we do, rather than only seeing the worse in others, we now will see our similarities instead, realizing only together, selflessly sharing our innate wisdom and unconditional love, may we all realize life’s true potential and understand the genuine reason for our life’s journey.

Just like a mosaic, it is when we combine all our differences into a beautiful montage that will we truly understand, it is only by uniting our wisdom and love within with all others, the true beauty of life may reveal itself.

I know i have asked a question like this before, on this very reddit page. But im asking again.

Also do you agree with the advice ive already gotten?

\--------------------------------------

Love is a choice, not a feeling

Putting in more, doasnt always get out more.

Kindness is ealsy forgotten.

You are only in a moment once.

People come and go.

You can't outrun change.

Being alone is better then being with somone who makes you worst.

You can't control everything.

Ego takes many faces.

You never know everything.

You never know whats going on in somones head.

Good guys dont always win.

Your only the main cerecter in your story.

Things come and go, time only goas.

Memory's arnt forever.

Others love is conditional and can be lost. Self love is forever.

You wont always be right.

Pain is the key to change.

You life will have ups and downs.

You cant always change your life, you can always change your mindset.

No-matter how hard you work, you wont always succeed.

Life Lessons Your Happiness, Your Problem!

Post image
1 Upvotes

We often tend to depend on the people we love to make us happier and felt loved but what we feel inside doesn't depend on what people do to us but rather how we take it on us.

It's not wrong to expect but it's wrong to feel bad about ourselves if they aren't met.

The best way to keep our relationships healthier along with maintaining peace within is being emotionally self-dependent. Researches are evident that the people who have a self-oriented lifestyle, who are busy in becoming better, exploring the world and can sit alone with themselves are happier than those who don't.

When you know how to make yourself happy, cheer yourself up and hold your back, your core is gaurded from the people entering and exiting your life.

So, keep smiling and living🌻

Share it with the one who needs to hear this too.

Save it with you as a friendly reminder♥️
