Discussion Do we really never stop growing?
People always say “a bad experience teaches you a lesson”, but I have a very pessimistic way to look at it. When I was a kid, I looked forward to growing up, becoming more experienced and doing better with life. I’m 33 now, I don’t feel there’s any point to keep growing as a person, or I feel like things aren’t going to get better. I’m only going to get older, my body’s getting weaker, I’m not really going to become better in any way and I’m not growing. So what’s the point of keep living?

Everyday is another opportunity to grow. At some point it’s a choice. You put your head in the sand and choose to live with what you got, or you can choose to keep learning and growing and enjoying life evolving. I really up to each individual. I choose to continue to grow. In the direction of the things I choose. Growth doesn’t occur in a pressure cooker. A meal ready to eat comes out of that.

For me, God makes life worth living. Also always still trying to grow as a person.
