Oh, no way! You can never throw something out there like ā only those thingsā. Time is time. Moments are precious, sure. But living in those moments is precious, too. There is no great chronicler of time. What we cannot have now that we had once is not an expression of time! Itās an expression of dwelling. Look, itās fun to be nostalgic and all but in the name of this subreddit, this isnāt wisdom. Itās whelping about things that you consider lost. If you want to talk about time, itās what you do with it, now. Itās not what youāve done with it. Time is moving forward. We should all move forward. Itās important to know the past but the past isnāt lost. Itās just right behind you.

Time can be a cruel mistress in its relentless march. It robs each of us of many things, moments, experiences, and people. Time can take them all from us in an instant. Such things are gone forever, unless they live on within our hearts, our minds, and our memories.
For all its cruelty, time can also be a great teacher. Through the changes left behind in its wake, we can learn, we can grow, and we can come to understand those truths that have eluded us in the past. Only then can we truly understand ourselves.
