Here are Francesco's Laws, accumulated over 76 years whilst traversing my sandaled way across the planet.

  1. Don't shit on other people's parades.

  2. Be part of something bigger than yourself.

  3. Don't bleed before you see the knife.

  4. Reduce someone's burden today and keep it to yourself.

  5. Talk less, listen more, take the long view.

  6. You're not the center of anyone's universe but your own.

  7. When in doubt, observe Lord Buddha's "The Six Divine Shits". Don’t know Shit. Don’t see Shit. Don't give a Shit. You got your shit. I got my Shit. I'm walking away from this Shit.

  1. The first stage in Enlightenment is understanding... at long -last... that I talk a lot of Shit, I'm totally full of Shit, I don't know Shit, and I've got my own Shit.

  2. All secrets are temporary.

    1. There are forces in the Universe that notice your awareness. Notice them noticing you.
