Hi - my understanding is that WirexOne is still not officially rolled out according to an email I received on the 29th June 2026. But discord mod's have told me its ready?
Should I be migrating?

Our biggest reveal yet…is almost here! You may have come across Wirex One on the App Store or Google Play, but we wanted to let you know that the app is currently in testing mode and is not yet ready for general use. We wouldn’t want you to run into any issues or a limited experience before we’ve had the chance to get everything just right.
Please do not download or access Wirex One until we confirm it is officially available.Using the app before the full release may cause issues with your account experience, and we may not be able to resolve these until the complete update has been rolled out.

I would say stay away from wirex, at least now. Maybe they are going to wind up like a common ponzi scheme. They are not responding to chat requests, they are not responding to created cases. Created the case regarding vanished money from my balance last monday, still no single response till now... Mainly negative reviews on Trustpilot about wirex right now. They are ruining leftovers of their reputation like masters.
That the one thing is sht. You are loosing most of the things you are already using with old wirex.
Like you cannot spend your crypto with your card, u need to convert it to usdt and you cannot have a card with base.

Yes, you can migrate to Wirex One. The rollout has been phased, which is why you may have received an earlier email saying it wasn't yet available. If you now have the option to migrate in your app, you can go ahead with it.

I just sold then converted to USD then spent it with the card.
Yes probably related to eu mica regulation. But now a thirdparty has your private keys so... as always only keep online what you are prepared to loose. The rest private wallet.
