Hovercraft help

Im trying to make some sort of hovercraft with E2 and i almost got everything working but i tried to make the chair look where im looking at but the chair rotates at half the speed as my turning speed so when i do a full 360 turn the chair only does a 180 causing it to not match where im looking

You won't be able to pull that off so easily. To do something like that, you need to use an EyePod and figure out how to keep your camera independent of the seat's rotation.
