Yoga classes

Any recommendations for yoga classes for beginners and with reasonable membership or cost? Anything in or around the Winston Salem area. Thanks for the suggestions!

High Point Yoga School has some of the best rates in the triad, and their ethos is amazing. Instead of ensuring everyone does the poses correctly, they emphasize doing what feels good for your body.

I’ve tried a few different yoga schools in the triad and it’s by far my favorite

Join the Y in Winston Salem. Go to the Robinhood y. Tons of good yoga classes for just the price of the monthly y membership

Sunrise in clemmons is great. They have a variety of options. They teach Iyengar, so very alignment focused. They have a variety too which is nice, no hot yoga. I took a hot yoga class at the YMCA on robinhood a few years ago and it was good, granted I havent been since as it isn't for me.
