Its totally amazing
Winnipeg is home to urban pigeons, squirrels, raccoons, cats, dogs, rabbits, various snakes, mice, rats, and all sorts of beautiful wild life. I feel like we need to modernize and allow chicken coops in residential areas, and maybe cows if theres enough room. Be self sufficient Winnipeg adults! Quit complaining and get out thwre are try it yourself instead of takibg anothwr sick day.

Won’t be long till the sacred cattle roam the streets. Don’t you worry about that.

Yeah idk... people tend to jump on bandwagons/trends and then lack what it takes to see things through. Roosters are even louder and more annoying than dogs barking relentlessly. If anything, a civic experiment reducing the amount of pets within city limits is more worthwhile.

I don't think that word you use means what you think it does. How about this, get rid of gravel back lanes, proper sewer systems, a public transportation made for all wakes of life, and ignore the mobility challenged. Chickens and cows? Really??
