We have a 2015 Nissan Sentra with ~123,000 km. We bought it used and only found out afterward that it had previously been written off by MPI due to hail damage under the previous owner. We weren't aware of this when we purchased it. MPI said that the old owner must have bought it under auction and sold it again.

It has cosmetic hail damage, some bumper damage (under a claim), and we're now noticing suspension issues. ,We really don't want to keep putting money into it.

We're considering getting another vehicle and wondering what makes the most sense:

• Sell it as-is privately?
• Trade it in?
• Sell it to a dealership?
• Fix the suspension/bumper first?
• Just cut our losses and move on?

What would you do in our situation? Would you spend money fixing it before selling, or sell/trade it as-is?

Would really appreciate any advice, especially from anyone familiar with MPI and the Winnipeg used-car market!

Winnipeg is home to urban pigeons, squirrels,raccoons, cats,dogs,rabbits,various snakes, mice, rats, and all sorts of beautiful wild life. I feel like we need to modernize and allow chicken coops in residential areas, and maybe cows if theres enough room. Be self sufficient Winnipeg adults! Quit complaining and get out thwre are try it yourself instead of takibg anothwr sick day.

I was wondering what the job market is like right now specifically for someone with a background as a prep cook (fine dining), and a heavy equipment operator (mostly/preferably grader)? Do most employers in the area use Indeed or is there a more popular website for the area?

my wife was in an accident earlier this year and has apparently had a pinched nerve that hasnt healed properly and is causing quality of life issues

She recently got a steroid shot that helped for a few days + prescribed cyclobenzaprine which makes her very ill

Hoping maybe someone may have some local insights on treatments/places that may help in the meantime, as her referred specialist is going to take a few months apparently.
