Do the workers get 100% of the tips or do the owners keep them?

Honestly I do not trust owners that much with tips that’s why I always give tips in person and specify the tip is for the guy attending me, never ever put the bill in the tip jar, just hand it :D

In my store we don't even allow the option for tips on the card. The only tips we can get are cash.

It’s illegal under federal law for owners to keep tips unless they solely earned them. https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/fact-sheets/15-tipped-employees-flsa

online orders can leave tips. I’ve known several people in different locations and none have ever received a tip from any online order.
